Ok. I’d really lime to get through this. Can I have a different pointer. I didn’t really understand this. I am now having experiences of no self. At least that’s the feeling. Who knows.

There is now sometimes no experience of me. Just walking, smelling, seeing, hearing etc. The thought of an “I” comes back after short periods but there is an experience of no self.

I don’t know why. There is still a feeling of me somewhere most of the time. I am now having moments of no self tho esp when I look out & stay out.

There is no body when things slow down. Just empty space. The contraction is just density in open space. That which says “there is just contraction in the body” is just a thought. That’s difficult to see at the time tho. I often don’t feel separate from the thought. But sometimes I do.
