Ok. Reading - notice that thoughts appear here and there is an idea that they are coming from something - body, persona, mind, brain... is it like that?

The key is to find where they really appear from?
What can be found at Direct Experience?

Ok. I’ve been focusing on “looking out” & staying there for as long as I can. I feel like there is a shift in my head, an energy. Anyway there is no self when “staying out” just a contraction in the body. It’s mostly in the front around the neck & chest. I can read from this place. I’m doing it more & more. It feels like a small shift.

What is DE of the body? Flash, bones, blood or...what?

There is no body when things slow down. Just empty space. The contraction is just density in open space. That which says “there is just contraction in the body” is just a thought. That’s difficult to see at the time tho. I often don’t feel separate from the thought. But sometimes I do.

I don’t know why. There is still a feeling of me somewhere most of the time. I am now having moments of no self tho esp when I look out & stay out.

There is now sometimes no experience of me. Just walking, smelling, seeing, hearing etc. The thought of an “I” comes back after short periods but there is an experience of no self.

We are looking that "I doesn't exist", but not that "I don't exist"

No. I don’t know who I am. There is just experience of whatever attention is on. Attention & experience are one.
I am not the body, the name, the life experience, the story, the missing experience. Whatever is found is just what is found. There doesn’t need to be an I having the experience. Just the experience. Without the “I” everything seems just open, immediate. No labels just sensations. It’s a different way of experiencing the world.
