No there was never an “I”. It feels softer, expansive more open & flowing. It’s hard to explain exactly. The vision is definitely more expansive. There are no boundaries when seeing, it very wide. Sounds are everywhere. Just sound. I am more in the body but then I see there is no “I” & there is just sensations. There can be intensity but given enought space it just blends into the sounds & sights. Sometimes it feels like everything is just a big void. I don’t stay in the place of no I but it clicks back in more regularly these days. More and more. I see there is no I & things just open. It’s not stable yet by any means burn the experience is there for sure. The labels such as feet touching the ground are loosening & now it’s just sensation no feet. Just being with what’s in the immediate experience.

No. There was no moment. Nothing has changed since my first post a few days ago. I was just saying I didn’t understand the movie clip that I was watching. My shift has been slow over several months. I’ve gone from the watcher to just seeing. The extra layer of me is no longer needed. There can just be experience without the “I”. It doesn’t feel like there is a controller. Things just happen.

notice that your experience is that there is a noon, subject seeing and "me" is hiding there
please be honest with you, this is your investigation, don't stop because something appear as shift.
Illusion is there. zoom in to that wich is hiding behind the word "seeing"?
