Very good. Attention makes thoughts sticky. Attention to what? If you hold attention to a wall, will that feel the same sticky as attention to 'me'? how does it happen, can you look into thought - feeling- thought connection. Tell me what you find.

if i hold on to them and think further
then thats the glue. the attention or
the importance one attaches to the thought
if i think about a wall i think of pink floyd
and if i think about me i am worried about
this cold and turning into a cough thingy
so a thought can make me feel bad or good.
if i think of flowers, blue sky, rainbows and
Ilona i feel good. if i think about my office,
commuting, politicians i fee bad. so yes there
is a connection between what i think and what
i feel. if i think of no self i feel cool. so cooooooooool :)

Very good answer- the attention or importance is attachment - what is the most important thought? Me, I. What is so important about those words? How are they special?
The thought can make me feel bad or good. - yes, thoughts are charged and bring up feelings.
But as you see it's all about 'me'. That imaginary 'me' is the core that holds it all together. It's the glue.
Can you see that thought me is empty?
