I will put the link here and I will mention to you that I am the guide who worked with him for 9 months and finally handed him off to Vince where he finally realized He was seeing. I asked him why he didn't mention my name and he said he hadn't really thought about it.

You mentioned Byron Katie The Work before and I tried it briefly. It did not resonate with me then. I am much more interested in Todd and Pernilla's approach with The Awakening Curriculum.

It doesn't really matter whether The Work resonates or not. I still think you should give it a few practice tries. Best with a facilitator. on the Helpline.

It is likely that it doesn't resonate because it questions all that thinking that you hold on to.

Todd & Pernille are good. Angelo is good.

I did several years of The Work with a weekly facilitated group before LU. It made it a lot easier. Same teacher as rhose DropBox recordings. (who has asked me not v to name him)
