Yes, so you are visualising the location of a sensation. Can you actually feel where the sensation is?
There are sensations occurring throughout the body. One of them is chills. Others are regional and different from sensations felt throughout the body and have a location. When I close my eyes, the shape of the body comes to my mind, I can't prevent it.
Can we actually even see 3 dimensions?
Is there anything more to your visual experience than colour?
Does colour intrinsically have depth?
Or do we infer depth from differences in the sizes of things, just like we do when seeing a 2D painting?
The things we watch in the cinema can affect us as if they were real. However, in real life, we can go to it and touch it and look at it from left to right to understand whether it is 3D or not.
