I can feel where the feeling is in 3D space. It is like a vague cloud that has no center or boundaries.
How do you know that the space is 3D?
Can you actually feel dimensions?
Can you feel any vertical, horizontal, or forward/backward axis? Or only visualise them?

I visualize because I can't see. Normally there is 3-dimensional space. depth height and width.

Yes, so you are visualising the location of a sensation. Can you actually feel where the sensation is?

Can we actually even see 3 dimensions?
Is there anything more to your visual experience than colour?
Does colour intrinsically have depth?
Or do we infer depth from differences in the sizes of things, just like we do when seeing a 2D painting?

There are sensations occurring throughout the body. One of them is chills. Others are regional and different from sensations felt throughout the body and have a location. When I close my eyes, the shape of the body comes to my mind, I can't prevent it.

The things we watch in the cinema can affect us as if they were real. However, in real life, we can go to it and touch it and look at it from left to right to understand whether it is 3D or not.

That’s fine! We can’t stop images from coming to mind. But, can you see that the image is not the sensation itself?

Yes, you’re right. We can understand something is 3D. But, can we actually experience it?

yes this can be seen.

If we accept things like distance and depth as thoughts, we cannot experience them.

Are they only thoughts if you accept them? Or, are they already thoughts whether you accept them or not?

Hello, my life, both here and in reality, is spent researching. I am interested. Yesterday I remembered that I haven't been on the forum for a long time. Your message arrived today. how are you?

I’m fine, thanks!

Do you think you could elaborate on your interest? What is drawing you to this forum?

I’m thinking from now on perhaps you could drive out discussion, because I don’t have any ‘teaching’ I wish to impart, or anything like that. If there are questions you have that you want to explore together, I’d be happy to do that with you.

I’m guessing the notion of ‘you’ being an illusion was what initially interested you?

Yes I wanted to see this. It came as an interesting thing. I was researching these issues before, I read similar things, but I did not experience them.

Great! In that case… what DO you experience? Do you experience ‘being real’? What do you know for certain, based on present evidence?

Your own experience is the best (and only) place we can start from. The more detail you can provide the better.

I know I experienced something. I'm not sure if it's real or not. Of course there is some truth to it. I can't say anything about being real.
