Nowhere. How is it known that these are "your" actions?
Look at these actions.
Look at a hand moving, doing things.
How is it known that these actions are "your" actions?
Do these actions belong to anyone or anything?
Just forget about what we've looked at before.
Look at the hand and tell me where there exactly is "my" in hand moving.
It’s clear when I look at what happened a moment ago, my hand moved without my ordering it to do so or even my permission. Even when I think I order it to move, it doesn’t really, purely, move on my order but as a result of a stimulus, “Matthew said”, “nose itching”. I don’t live life, life lives me. Or even, just, life. And then comes the labeling, “I don’t like this”, “I prefer that”, “this is better”, “that stinks”Is "my" to be found in actions, in experience itself?
Or is it just thought labelling experience as "mine" and "not mine".
What can be observed here?
or, perhaps better yet,
It’s clear, when, what happened a moment ago, is seen, hand moved without orders or even permission. And it moved, really, purely, as a result of a stimulus, “Matthew said”, “nose itching”, and not as a result of one or something ordering it. Life unfolding. One or something may, if such existed, do labeling, “I don’t like this”, “I prefer that”, “this is better”, “that stinks”, but that labeling doesn’t mean or change anything.
