In Q5: What is observing these physical manifestations of anxiety that you describe?

There is an experience of 'me' observing the physical manifestations of anxiety. But both (physical manifestations of anxiety and assuming 'I' am observing it) are experiences.

I'm still a bit unclear about Q4 (What was the last bit that pushed you over, made you look?). The questions was about our process. Was there anything specific during our talk that sort of "clicked for you"? A sort of moment when suddenly you realized "oh, this is it"? Was there a specific question ...

1) Is there a separate entity 'self', 'me' 'I', at all, anywhere, in any way, shape or form? Was there ever?

Have you been able to find, a ‘self’ that is the ‘experiencer’ and/or ‘witness’?
Or a self that is the doer, or can control what happens?
Or a self that ‘makes’ decisions?
Or a self who ‘does the thinking’?

I didn't pick the thoughts. Experience of me thinking them is like every other experience. Thoughts arise and fade away in consciousness.
