you're right... it is sensations of a body and then label applied of it belonging to "me"

the sensations are changing all the time... if they are changing then I couldn't have spent my life with them.

I don't have a direct experience with a body that is "mine".. there is the sensation of a body, and thoughts "my body" but no body of "mine" there is hte body I m quite familiar with and have spent my life with but it is just a body

I guess that I believe that because "my" experoence have been.. experienced and memory can recall them.. they are "true" facts reporting on events of the best . the beleif is that the story describes a total experience of this body

the only difference is this story of me has been invested into for years and years and been told to myself in thought that it is true and that the "main character" governs future actions

I see what you mean/ there is the story of "me" what happened.. what was done.. an arc.. not unlike the book. if I made a book about "me" that would be just as real.

I can't find any "I"happening in external events, ust the thoughts that suggest one and more thoughts about it

there is no self in the present moment, and that has been increasing frustrating with the automation of "past"/"future" I. how much time I spend thinking of what will do, planning, and what I have done, reminiscing

there is an intense feeling of resistance. mostly over the fear of losing control, that if there is realization than all the feelings of "doing" and "advancing" will be lost in my life . there is a trick happening. it wants to be "in control' and constantly be thinking/planning/etc to ...

it is absoultely an assumption, one that I have been trying to "solve" for ages to figure out and hope to resolve the anxieties created. but it has just been a goose chase

I seems to stand for the observer that expereicnes thought and sensation// and seems to be the one who "makes choices" or "has opinions" . The "thing" that when someone asks "what do YOU think of this" or "you'e this type of person" that responds to that.

this aware space is not in body.. it just "is" no dimensions no character.. its just there...its impossible to define but its there..
