1) Is there a separate entity 'self', 'me' 'I', at all, anywhere, in any way, shape or form? Was there ever?
There is no "self". There has never been a "self". The "self" cannot be found because it is not real. You can LOOK and SEARCH all you want, but you will not find a "self".

100% - There is no "self"! There has never been a "self" and there will never be a "self". The "self" can never be found because it is false and does not exist. You can LOOK and SEARCH all you want, but you will not find a "self".

First off, thanks for sharing about body constriction/contraction/tightness and how this can be used for investigation/seeing. This was a good tool for me. Thinking about the 'self' as a contraction of the lie feeling, really resonated.
