there are other bodies and they can be seen, touched and felt. There is also the sense of `heal`in the mind but it too is illusion generated by the mind.

Is there a heal in any form that can be shown to be existing. what is the core intrinsic part that is heal. where is it.

so is there a heal? where is it located?

lets start by asking about expectations. what do you expect to see with this realization and what do you expect it to do for/ to your life?

what is your previous experience in this search for truth?

please answer with 100% honesty every question i ask you from now until the end.

nef, the answers to these question willl clarify where "you" are:

1. Is there a you, at all, anywhere, in any way, shape or form?
2. Explain in detail what the self is and how it works.
3. How does it feel to be liberated?
4. How would you describe it to somebody who has never heard about no ...

The realization is learning the truth. Seeing that you do not, and never have, existed. Why hold on to a truth? It just is.

The start of the string was about doubt. So what about doubt? Where is the doubt coming from? What is the cause? Does it still exist? Did it ever really exist?

Realizing no self is only a truth. There can be other things along the way and after also, but what we are pointing at is no self and that's all. Ego is trying to add to itself and looks for experience to do that.

Drop these expectations and examine where you are, where can you be found?
