The assumption given since birth that I am is not real.

What are you looking for at LU?
To help bring the questions needed to show the way. the way to liberation, the end of suffering. Theres been a shift in my perspective the last 5-6 years and notice another shift happening. I want to explore this and see what is found

What do you expect from a guided conversation?
asking the right questions so liberation can happen. So, suffering with stop. I want to live free from the chambers of thoughts. I feel like a shift is happening and I want to dive in and see where it leads

What is your experience in terms of spiritual practices, seeking and inquiry?
I have an understanding that I am not what I think I am. The more I question that the more I realize that maybe none of it is real.
On a scale from 1 to 10, how willing are you to question any currently held beliefs about 'self? 11
