LU is focused guiding for seeing there is no real, inherent 'self' - what do you understand by this?
I understand that there is no self that is separate from transparent Being
What are you looking for at LU?
LIberation from a mind made self that always seems to want to govern all of the activities that are happening and a return to a way of Being that encourages creative, artistic, and musical endeavors and is aligned with the transparent Soul.
What do you expect from a guided conversation?
- Guidance to help reconnect with transparent Being
- Encouragement to make and maintain a commitment to a daily practice of connecting to transparent Being.
- Confirmation of Being without a self as a way of life.

What is your experience in terms of spiritual practices, seeking and inquiry?
Mostly reading books:
Ram Dass - developing the Witness
Eckhart Tolle - realizing that I am not the thinker
Anita Moorjani - Dying to be Me (NDE)
An out-of-body experience
An experience of surrounding Presence
On a scale from 1 to 10, how willing are you to question any currently held beliefs about 'self? 10
Being without me
Re: Being without me
Hi dear Gini,
Welcome to the forum
My name is Lubo and I can be your guide, if you are OK?
I like your desire:
Are you ready to see what you truly want?
Look around—colors, forms, sounds, sensations...
Now, with your eyes closed—is there color and form, or only this "blackness"?
Play with your eyes open and closed, and notice that **something remains unchanged**—it is not influenced by the presence or absence of colors and forms, yet it is still here.
What is the color or shape of **that** which knows both?
Ha :)
Love,
Lubo
