LU is focused guiding for seeing there is no real, inherent 'self' - what do you understand by this?
From my understanding every feeling/sensation/judgement/etc. That i feel identified with is a mirage of the mind and the possesser of said experiences doesn't actually exist.

What are you looking for at LU?
I have some fellow Buddhists that recommended this to me, I am hoping to fully realize no self, to help with my journey towards enlightenment, I am trying to keep an open mind and not have many expectations for this type of engagement.

What do you expect from a guided conversation?
I have no idea what to expect, so far I have been able to see from some other sangha members they've been able to have full realizations of no self rather quickly, and I am interested in being guided towards these realizations.

What is your experience in terms of spiritual practices, seeking and inquiry?
I am a daily meditator, I have done some focused mindfulness retreats, and I've done some self inquiry with meditation groups.

On a scale from 1 to 10, how willing are you to question any currently held beliefs about 'self? 10
