I want to see the Truth

LU is focused guiding for seeing there is no real, inherent 'self' - what do you understand by this?
Actually, I have heard this. But I do not see it for myself. I feel confused as to how it could be true for I exist. I believe and feel that the self is real. I do not understand how the self could be not real.

What are you looking for at LU?
I am looking for truth. I want to see the Truth in my own experience. I have read the Liberation Unleashed Book. I did not get it. I read some of the conversations of Gateless Gatecrashers Book, so I am intrigued. I want to find it out for myself.

What do you expect from a guided conversation?
I expect to be guided into seeing the truth. I do not know much what to expect. I feel a guide will help me into seeing it for myself. I would really like to see how life will be without a belief in the self. It's really fascinating for me.

What is your experience in terms of spiritual practices, seeking and inquiry?
I have been on spiritual path since last 14 years. I have been a follower of Art of Living Foundation. I have been practicing meditation, yoga, Kriya, reading knowledge, also non duality. So I have heard that there is no one, no separate self. But I want to experience it myself. I have had spontaneous moments of total silence and bliss, but the belief in self is really intact here.

On a scale from 1 to 10, how willing are you to question any currently held beliefs about 'self? 10

I am extremely sorry for this mistake. Actually, Apoorva is my friend. And he also is in Liberation Unleashed. He is the one who talked with me about this no-self. And his login was open on my laptop and I replied from his login.
