(Hindi) Why sufferings?

LU is focused guiding for seeing there is no real, inherent 'self' - what do you understand by this?
According to me ,i am not this body and i am not this mind..i am just a bunch if thoughts and emotions...

What are you looking for at LU?
Want to experience my trueself.many questions i want to find answer...like who is i,what is aim of my life.why there are sufferings.is there any thing beyond our give senses.is this God.or nature. How to David all useless thoughts.

What do you expect from a guided conversation?
Helps me to understand. Who i am .and which is my trueself,as my brain is working against me.looking for someone to Help me in spritual path as i am trying to gain knowledge from books,but books can make me litrate not spritual.

What is your experience in terms of spiritual practices, seeking and inquiry?
I read many books but never experienced anything beyond my five senses..i am trying to knowbthat what is enlightement is...may be then one can see things clearly.

Thanks apoorva..i am Willing..i think hindi is better as i am here germany from long time...here spoken langague is only german. .english langague is not in use ..so its better if we write hindi.

Hum aise hindi likhte hai bcs mujhe pata nhin kaun sa app se hindi likh sakte .secondly aaj se books or Videos band karta hu.third and main thing is mujhe kuch practical experience nhin hua ,only kuch books read kari or Videos dekha..i work 18-20 hours but i will Post everyday ..

Answer..exploration means to me that i dont know anything about myself..am i just body with thoughts and emotions...if des then who control my emotions...

Answer...liberation means to me is that i can see things clearly. I can stop creating bad karma for me if they are good or bad

So, aapki expectations hai ki Liberation se aapke answers mil jayenge, emotions pe control ho jayega, you will know who you are and aap blissful ho jaoge. Right!!

Now, aap ye samajhte hain na ki hamari expectations ki wajah se hum reality nahi dek paate. Ho wo dekhna chahte hai jo hamari expectations se match ho. Right!!! So, to see the reality as it is, it is required to put aside the expectations. Ye expecations is process me hindrance create karengi. So, can you just let go of these expectations and be willing to see the reality as it is?

Are you willing to move into this exploration eve if you do not get anything you expect?

The separate self, "I", is an illusion; there never was such an entity and never will be.

If there is only energy or life then ,where i am in between .or i am just bunch of thoughts and emotions....but i am physically present here..if there is no I OR trueself. Then this world ,these ppl all the objects ..are they all Fake or i am just dreaming about all of them.then why this attachment. What is my origan and what is my End.
