LU is focused guiding for seeing there is no real, inherent 'self' - what do you understand by this? I understand that I learn to experience the present and that this is all there is. By answering questions via direct pointing I will be guided to see or experience this. No more or less.
What are you looking for at LU? I want to learn not to have expectations. I want to feel free from thoughts that repeatedly come across my mind. I once started LU and did not like the questions.
Now i realise that something was holding me back and that I should look this in the eye by continuing to answer and point.
What do you expect from a guided conversation? I recieve questions that scaffold me to experience that there is no I. Not to understand it but to really experience this on my own pace. The person asking questions is experienced in LU him or herself. The guide can answer a question about the process, if i have hem.
What is your experience in terms of spiritual practices, seeking and inquiry? I practise mindfulness and mediation. I read the LU book and once started on this forum.
On a scale from 1 to 10, how willing are you to question any currently held beliefs about 'self? 10
