Hi Lubo,
Did you see the brain? That grey, fatty ball?

Look around: Is the brain someone who can actually experience the visual field?

What experiences the visual field?
No, can not see the brain.

No, the brain is not someone who can experience. The brain is a tool to process the visual field.

The visual field exists as it is without an experience-er.

The visual field exists as it is without an experience-er.
Look at the visual field as a rainbow. Does the rainbow actually exist, or is there only an appearance that is called rainbow?

Now look at the visual field. With eyes closed there is no visual field, but there is something that is here with and without the visual field. Check.

The core idea here is that "there is a persona here."

Remove this idea in the same way you remove the idea that "Santa exists."

You are here to find that there is no entity, no 'I' or 'me,' living or running the show. You want to find what the truth is, what is already here.

The visual field is not stable; it is moving and changing. Without the idea of a "me," notice: there is being, there is stability, and only then does the visual field appear.

It is simple: only mind and emotions make waves, as if someone is in danger—and this is innocent.

Notice: Can you find this "one" who is in danger? Look everywhere.

You found that the mind is not someone. Is the body form someone? What part is this one? Do emotions belong to someone, or to the mind? :)

There is no noun mind; your experience of the mind is a verb: mind-ing.
There is no noun body; it is a verb: body-ing.

Stay with that.
What is coming ?

Love,
Lubo
