Hi Kento,
No. I am continuing to look - I find the sense of separation in thoughts alone (Eg. as expectations of a subject or a victim). Thoughts alone create this. Whether I am looking or not, there is no separation. Yet it doesnt feel like something special or different feeling - hence my answer 'no'.
Thanks and best regards

Hi Jstar. :)
Are you thinking that it should feel like so?
Warm wishes,
Kento

Hi Kento :)
Yes, I am noticing expectations - how it should be when there is no feeling of a separate sense. I notice I look at thoughts for an answer.

Re: To return home
Hi Jstar. :)
Thanks! Ok, please notice when those expectations happen ... just notice.
Now, let's look again at the actual feeling of separation; how does it feel now?
And please note that you don't have to "look" to answer it (as I noticed a lot of people
say "there is none when I look, but ...")
Warm wishes,
Kento

hi Kento
I took more time to look at this before I respond.
Thanks and best wishes,

Yes, I am noticing them as thoughts describing stuff I heard/read about.please notice when those expectations happen ... just notice.
There is nothing specific that can be explained or need to be highlighted. There is neither a feeling of separation nor a feeling of 'oneness'. What I notice is only thought contents that point to separation, which are seen as thoughts. So there is no separation whether I look or not. Now, let's look again at the actual feeling of separation; how does it feel now?
Thanks and best wishes,

Re: To return home
Hi Jstar. :) Really sorry for my late reply.
Is there still a sort of feeling that there is something separate from
the rest of the world, being a subject that is experiencing things?
If so, how is it felt?
Warmly,
Kento

Re: To return home
Hi Kento :)
Examples:
-feels like one responsible for right and wrong, choose right and do them.
-feels like a me who supports the good me and afraid of the bad me
-one who mediates between thought and action
-one who is under attack/threatened and one who is trying to protect/defend
-one who is seeking relief from this misery
Thanks and best regards
I have difficulty in feeling vs thinking. I cant find such feeling of there being a separate subject. Is there still a sort of feeling that there is something separate from
the rest of the world, being a subject that is experiencing things?
Yet thoughts argue loud that I am a separate person defending myself against threats from others/world, living as/in a body.If so, how is it felt?

Hi Jstar. :)
Ok, and are those thoughts a problem for you?
Or do you believe that such thoughts should cease to be after something called "realization"?
Warm wishes,
Kento

Hi Kento
Yes. I refer to them to know. I try to argue with them, defend them or straighten them.Ok, and are those thoughts a problem for you?
Yes. I believe that thoughts will align to the realisation.Or do you believe that such thoughts should cease to be after something called "realization"?

Hi Jstar. :)
If that's the case, wouldn't that "realization" a part of belief, one of those thoughts?
Warm wishes,
Kento

Hi Kento :)
Thanks and best regards
Yes, it would just be a belief. I have been looking at this in my experience and I see how I have been referring to thoughts (expectations of life to be in a certain way) to verify realisation. Now I see that realisation is always here in experience, whether thoughts agree or not.If that's the case, wouldn't that "realization" a part of belief, one of those thoughts?
Thanks and best regards

Hi Jstar. :)
Ok, let's be careful not to make this into another belief.
Could you check whether you are feeling that feeling of "separation" between you
that's supposed to be here and the world that's supposed to be out there?
Warm wishes,
Kento

Is there anything unclear that you want to further investigate?
Warmly,
Kento
