I get so easily distracted with the pain. My mind will jump into any opportunity to try and solve it, of course it never will.
right. It never will. It creates problems that don't exist and then it tries to solve them.
That was a short glimbse tho because now i'm back with the 'i'.
That claiming of the seeing of awareness is the 'me story'. Which is why we constantly go back to experience. There is a thought about an I, but is there actually one?
All there is, is liberation. What arises in liberation is the idea that 'I' am not liberated.
