You say it is not possible to know without thought and imagination ( that there is Pawan) then in the very next sentence you believe there is Pawan and ask, based on the belief, who is Pawan. Do you see what happens here. You look with the pointer, find it cannot be known there is Pawan and immediately go to the thought - (there is a Pawan) who is he?
