Re: Come back home
How do you know this?"I" does not exist, emptiness instead of "I"
Re: Come back home
I know this from the absence of thoughts, emptiness inside the head, silence inside the body.I know this from the absence of thoughts, emptiness inside the head, silence inside the body.
Thank you,
Polet
Re: Come back home
What was the point where you saw?
What was the last bit that pushed you over, made you look?

Re: Come back home
It was a dream that I described before, where I swam in a blue abyss and realized that this was a dream, that I was dreaming, that I could rule it and stay in it. After I woke up, I felt in my chest a state of "heartfelt attention", gratitud, unity with space .
It was a very strong and deep impression.

Thank you for your patience Polet
I just want you to be sure that you have seen through the illusion of a separate self.
Are there any doubts remaining?

Hi, Sid!
Thank you for your care and attention.
It is now clear that the I-illusion no longer haunts me. Everything exists by itself - thoughts, actions, sensations, events - regardless of thoughts, intentions, and everything happens through acceptance and turns simply into knowledge ...

Re: Come back home
How wonderful Polet!
I've asked some other guides to have a look at our conversation to see what they think. This is a usual step at this point.
It may take a little while but I'll post as soon as I get some feedback.
Blessings

Hi Polet
Please answer these questions
1) Is there a separate entity 'self', 'me' 'I', at all, anywhere, in any way, shape or form? Was there ever?
2) Share in your own words what the illusion of separate self is and how it shows up in experience. Also, through your inquiry, what is different now?
3) How does it feel to see this? What is the difference from before you started this dialogue? Please report from the past few days.
4) What was the last bit that pushed you over, made you look?
5) Can you talk about decision, intention, free will, choice and control? What makes things happen? How does it work? What are you responsible for? Give examples from experience.
6) Anything to add?

Re: Come back home
Hi Sid,
Now everything exists as knowledge, information, sensation. Within all this there is no self, no controller, no selector, no expectant.
Anxiety is gone, expectations and assumptions are gone.
Thank you for the questions.
Polet
There is no any I and never been. All that happens is identification, illusion, like in a movie, in which we experience together with the characters.1) Is there a separate entity 'self', 'me' 'I', at all, anywhere, in any way, shape or form? Was there ever?
I-illusion arises due to the existence of thoughts, memory, experience.2) Share in your own words what the illusion of separate self is and how it shows up in experience. Also, through your inquiry, what is different now?
Now everything exists as knowledge, information, sensation. Within all this there is no self, no controller, no selector, no expectant.
Seeing is like looking from zero gravity, from emptiness and, at the same time, experiencing gratitude and peace while being inside events. I count thoughts, watch the body in motion - it's funny.3) How does it feel to see this? What is the difference from before you started this dialogue? Please report from the past few days.
Anxiety is gone, expectations and assumptions are gone.
it was a dream that I was aware of, I realized that I was dreaming. When I woke up, I continued to experience the same sensations that came in a dream - it was bliss, heartfelt attention, a state of dissolution.4) What was the last bit that pushed you over, made you look?
None of this exists. There are thoughts and sensations. There is no one who controls and forces - there is no one to find fault with. There are thoughts that "think" that they are deciding something.5) Can you talk about decision, intention, free will, choice and control? What makes things happen? How does it work? What are you responsible for? Give examples from experience.
Thank you for the questions.

Re: Come back home
Hi Polet
It sounds like you've have had some clarity. Just a couple of small points.
Can you please describe an example from your experience about how control and your freewill have changed.

Can a thought think? Can a thought think that it thinks? What is that thinks?“There are thoughts that "think" that they are deciding something.”
Can you please describe an example from your experience about how control and your freewill have changed.
Re: Come back home
This is a metaphor. Because thoughts exist and thoughts make labels. Can a thought think? Can a thought think that it thinks? What is that thinks?
Control and freewill do not exist. Nothing can happen otherwise than it is.Can you please describe an example from your experience about how control and your freewill have changed.
Thankfully,
Polet
Re: Come back home
Hi Polet
Have a look around the room and observe how thoughts make labels. Please describe the process from your actual experience.

Hi, Sid!
Thank you for your question.
Thoughts come and go. Thoughts follow one another and interpret and describe the sensations and experiences that occur between thoughts. It's like a "movie with subtitles" ...
