I love these quotes:
Simply rest in the felt sense of being. Don't think about it—do it. That is the key. Grasp at nothing, push nothing away. Simply rest in the felt sense of being. Practice it every day.

This one has also been very helpful:
"Don't look for peace. Don't look for any other state than the one you are in now, otherwise, you will set up inner conflict and unconscious resistance.
Forgive yourself for not being at peace.
The moment you completely accept your non-peace, your non-peace becomes transmuted into peace.
Anything you accept fully will get you there, will take you into peace.
This is the miracle of surrender."

Re: jacki
My answer replied to your confusion.
LovingThe checkpoint questions you wanted me to answer again at some point are asking about no self. I am confused about this, which of course means I'm up in my head. There is something here, that I can't really name, the sense of "me" that has always been here. It doesn't come or go. I don't want to get caught up in terminology, but I still can't find a separate self.

Re: jacki
My confusion is if no self realization is something that happens as a first realization. Angelo says that "anata" is realized after non dual realization, generally. That it's a deep stage realization. Sorry if I wasn't clear about my confusion.
My confusion is just more thoughts. So best to just disregard it.
Thank you for all you're doing. It does help.
