Thank you Lisa, more down to earth this morning, still vibing and buzzing but that is 24/7, sometimes more intense like yesterday. While looking this am, I found that there are two I's. The body mind phenomena I that is conditioned and had believed all the thoughts and that there was a "Debbie." The other I of which has no name really but one uses it as the reference point of awareness from the perspective of this body. I amness which is spaciousness. I is not really the correct term for it either. Seeingness, space, emptiness. Will continue to ground. I do question, who needs to ground? I understand but that question came up.

Keep on keeping on with grounding exercises. It can only assist, and if you are 'prone' to non-groundedness it could have beneficial lifetime effects.
This now is a case of it doesn't make any difference 'who' needs to ground. Take a look at how it was for you yesterday, and other times, when you were buzzing off the charts, having no control over spontaneous giggling, body movements, etc. Now today, more grounded. Irrelevant, as to 'who', wouldn't you say? It was needed.
It makes no sense at all to imagine that practical things somehow lose their importance just because we now realize there is no self, or the spaciousness is known to be present. I see that you may be understanding this, yet it's of real value to keep it in mind, Deb. The body has some fundamental requirements and that's just how it is. This is not to say that there shouldn't be 'symptoms' now, only that some of them can be alleviated to your benefit.
OK.. continue with the grounding. Notice what may come up about self, space, etc. yet for the time being do not give it priority. Simply notice. Focus on solidity, calmness; if large buzzing, uncontrollable manifestations of any kind pop up get back to ground. Keep that as your focus for now.

Thanks for your help so very much! I am also find if I dig/press my heels into the floor/ground that helps immensely as well as slowly rocking on my feet from toes to heel, yes, brings me back to earth. I had read that K is intelligent and knows what to do and don't interfere with it...so I did not ground but you can see what happens when I allow it to go full force. I understand now how to sort of "corral" it so I don't seem like some space cadet. In doing so it is more of a "partnership" but that sounds like little me thinking it is doing something doesn't it? Hi Deb...Here's a link to a page specifically about kundalini arising strongly. Good descriptions of what can happen and there are some really good tips if you scroll down. Grounding continues key, and there is more that you can do to help the stabilizing of this big energy. I like what is said about this not being a required experience, Deb. Kundalini can go back down and your spiritual awakening (or the recognition of no self) can continue.
In other words, you do not have to suffer.

Thank you, I am very familiar with el Collie's writings when this all started for me. I did not even know of or even heard of kundalini, I was not trying to start it at all. I would very very much like for it to stop. It has been hell for what has taken place in the body. I get woken in the early hours of the am from the sound of cat purring in my head with the energy as well...I sigh, I am exhausted from it...pretty much that was written on this page..I can say yes to as in I have experienced it or rather the body has..Working on more grounding, started exercising, lifting weights, walking, etc. Thank you so sincerely.

I am pretty peaceful right now. Worked today and had the "frozen" smile thing going on but very joyous in side or somewhere. Sometimes, the smile happens with the K, it's kind of funny actually. The K is not me, as there is awareness of it. It is energy, the phenmomena of manifestation, of which all things rise and fall in the play. Walked a couple of miles today, weights and a mile yesterday. Peaceful day, not any thoughts that I can remember clinging to actually...

Was woken at 3:30 am with strong energies, buzzing in brain and face. Trying to find the place in my head to visualize in bringing it down but I can't find a head/body it's energy everywhere, there was no Debbie to take the energy down from/in. Beautiful empty spaciousness...

When some of the 'visualizing' kinds of groundings are not accessible, Deb, do the physical stuff.
Move your body... do the slumping exercise... walk, run. You've already seen how this brings solidness back.
There is so much energy, and it needs a solid body awareness to ground it. Stand on the earth, barefoot... let it flow into the ground.
Be physically oriented so you don't suffer.. don't float away.

I was just reading about Adyashanti's awakening and he mentions the energy. Some get alot and some don't. Some folks only get 4 to 5 hrs of sleep at night and some more. He mentioned standing on the ground barefoot as well but it is a bit chilly to do that here at the moment. Actually Lisa the energies come in waves, always there but sometimes more mild sometimes to the moon such as last night in the wee hours of the morning...He said not to try to control it but to work with it as it comes. It's due to blocks that have been opened so this energy is freer to run, he still has energy running through although it has settled down as his awakening stabilized, so that is about all I can do.

Yes, I agree. The energy that continues through me sometimes causes big jerkings, spazzing. Almost always for mere moments though and is not disruptive. So I let it be and am grateful.

Yay! OK... let's go for it. Only one caveat: if you begin to feel too buzzing, overwhelmed, not in control, the energy becoming too big... that you will ground until you are stable once again.
