What needs or can accept or reject anything? There isn't anything that can be found.

What are the beliefs you wish to see beyond? The belief that I am a person and this world and everyone in it is all real.

Dear Heal,
This is not about escaping life
its about knowing there is no escape....
life full on!
Is life capture-able? Can you stop it and say... Here it is!
....thoughts about the past and thoughts about the future happen only in this fleeting uncapturable thing we call the present or now...which are two word/concepts that don't actually exist...
...there is nothing fixed or permanent ...only thought may suggest so...building castles in the clouds...
....like a flower is so beautiful in its impermanence ...
This is this thing we call life. fleeting... un-pin-down-able....

So look and look again if there is something permanent.

"What needs or can accept or reject anything? There isn't anything that can be found."
Yes.

"What are the beliefs you wish to see beyond? The belief that I am a person and this world and everyone in it is all real."

Life is real. Waking up is raw ... Life unfettered.... You cannot wish it to become dreamlike. That may or may not happen on its own. Life becomes personal and impersonal at the same time.
And even the greatest sages cry when their loved ones die. There is no escape.
It simply hurts!
You will die and the whole thing is pointless....
And feeling it fully you become the pain and the pain becomes you and it takes on a whole new feeling.

I love you,
Nettie

So what is the point of waking up then, if everything stays the same and there is no difference after the wakening?

Is life capture-able? Can you stop it and say... Here it is! No, you can't capture something that is moving and changing in every moment.

So look and look again if there is something permanent. Yes, there is the awareness that is always here that is unchanging, a constant that is unwavering, that can't be seen.

Dear Heal,

"So what is the point of waking up then, if everything stays the same and there is no difference after the wakening?"

There is no point. Yet It is simply the most magnificent stupendous fantabulous marvelous superb wondrous thing and all I want to do is talk about it.

"Is life capture-able? Can you stop it and say... Here it is! No, you can't capture something that is moving and changing in every moment."

Yes.

"So look and look again if there is something permanent. Yes, there is the awareness that is always here that is unchanging, a constant that is unwavering, that can't be seen."

Yet awareness is always accompanied by perception. The idea that it is unchanging is created by thought.
Love,
Nettie

Ok, but there is something that is unchanging that never moves or is seen, beingness or what every you want to call it.

Is there?
Why should there be?
Why do you want it to be unchanging?

Can't answer these as it doesn't make any sense.
Is there?
Why should there be?
Why do you want it to be unchanging?

There is nothing permanent
Well, there is something that is always here, that is all there is, that never leaves, wouldn't that be called permanent?

Dear Heal,
Yes!

The objectifying mind creates separate things and that is good for survival of the organism... Yet for 'figuring this out' it is useless. For there are no handholds on which to get a grip in this seamless timeless flow. It looks within and. ...Finds ..... Nothing.... And for some it is just too scary. It recedes back into definitions like...I am awareness, etc..
....Clinging to the rocks that are falling with you...

And there is no imperfection.
No better or worse
no before or after
no time
no place
no where to go
no one who needs to go anywhere
or get anything
or figure it all out....
It is as it is...
Beautifully uncaptureable....
Fleeting....
Un pin downable....
