Nothing really comes up now because there is nothing there. The thought of fear arises and disappears strange how thoughts do that. Yet there is this feeling nothing is behind the thoughts.

Now let's look at what's real.

The real is something that doesn't disappear when you stop believing in it. Is it true?

Let's use 3 words here: chair, university and Batman.

The 1st one is real, you can point to it, it's there, it does exist, it's real. You see?

The 2nd one is a label used in communication but university itself doesn't exist. Word university is used as a label, it points to system of buildings etc. There is no separate entity called university however. Do you see it?

The 3rd one is pure imagination. Batman does not exist in reality. It's mind created concept. There is no Batman.
Is that clear?

But yet there really all labels concepts created by thought. I see even a chair does exist . But someone came up with a label and called it a chair. So it is like thought liking to attaching itself to labels. And thats how we view our world in that illusion. So were conditioned to except things by labels. So I see this me I a mind created concept.

You see mind as the label ceating "machine". Where do thoughts come from ?

Look at the feelings too, are they personal ?

Notice how as soon as the feeling arises it gets labelled by the mind.

Now, close your eyes and notice the feeling of beingness, aliveness, it's always available.

This feeling of being, aliveness, is also labelled by "I", "me", "myself" thoughts. Do you see it?

Is it "I breathe" or there is just breathing happening + the label "I" ? If I is the thought then how can thought breathe ?

Use the sky and clouds metaphor. Clouds being the thoughts. Look how they cannot do anything, they just appear on sky and pass by. Sky is untouched by clouds.

I am a unique collection of matter, experience contained in memory, thought, desire and emotion. But when you tear me apart you the freaky part is there is nothing there. How the self works is there is no self that works lol ! The only thing that makes us in any way distinct is that my experience of the world can be found no where else in the universe apart from in my head. All in the head all along thats the crazy part of it. And how it feels to be liberated is that it just seems like i am living in a natural place for all men. Sort of like returning home when you were gone so long. To descibe it to someone would be to equire into it. To have them take a look. Cannot say for themself because there never was one! Is it "your" experience ? Or is there just an experience with the label "I" ? Look closely.

Is there an experiencer ?

Is experience personal ?

If there's no you, there are no OTHER experiences, just this ONE experience of life. Is it true ?

Just one experience life just happening. No experiencer just experience happening. And yes I is a thought is not matter like a physical body. And a thoughts comes and goes.And experience cannot be personal because there is no self. And there JUST IS ONE Experience of LIFE!
