How are things looking and feeling today?
Quite normal. From time to time inquiries into the observer position arise. There is a feeling that is interpreted as being close to seeing through the separate self entirely but some beliefs still seem to be operating. Something feels off. There is still this looking for the self to confirm it's not there. So the belief of a separate self must still be operating. I don't want to fool myself here. The mind is tricky.

Also there seems to be identification with inquiry. Looking for the inquirer... which in and of itself is another inquiry ... it's like an inward glance. This urge to inquire... or the sense of inquiry is misread a me doing it. Controlling the looking.

During the day, sometimes there are these feelings of enthusiasm that come with an overflow of potential expressions. Sometimes this even feels overwhelming and the mind steps in to structure these options. After being seen it immediately stops the task, however.

The I is the interpreted continuity projected onto the mechanics of fixation.

Without thinking about past and future, which inherently takes you into the realm of thought rather then direct experience:

What is not clear?

Is anything missing?

There is a kind of controller identification which tries to find something stable. In direct experience it a fixating mechanism. feels like having to hold something to know it.

Vigilance. Beneath a sensation the system wants to escape. Like a strong restlessness.
Is anything missing?
Yes! Don't know what though. There is this seeking pattern.

I could be wrong here, but the feeling is that your complex words just make everything harder, still lost in intellectualization rather then looking. What is a "fixating mechanism" in direct experience? What is really not clear? You should be able to write in a language a 7 year old could understand. That will help.

Vigilance. Beneath a sensation the system wants to escape. Like a strong restlessness.

Okay so there is restlessness. And what is not clear?

Is anything missing?

This reminds me of the famous passage from Moliere comedy where a medical student is asked why does opium put people to sleep and he answers something like "it is because there is in it a dormitive virtue [replace: mechanism, pattern, etc] that has lulls the senses to sleep.

Point beeing. You cant get out of there from inside of there. You dont see beyond thinking from inside thinking.

Spend time really looking. Is anything missing?

Don't accept mind "explanations" (stories), they just recreate the virtual experience ad infinitum. Really stay with direct experience until clarity beyond doubt.

Again you should be able to sat everything like you were speaking to a young child.
