Re: good place
I also am going to point out how fast the reply came… all the thoughts of I can’t find, can’t be seen blah blah…
and then the time to type it out. not much time actually LOOKING.
What is an attitude? Look.

Re: good place
yeah, these B thoughts can be found.
they were simpler and more subtle.
even writing this, so many of them.
I think I should stick with looking for them for a day or two. this is valuable

Oh, I thought you were offline and got excited.
but back to this:
..
but why would that be sooooo... avoided?
there's the assumption that it is VERY exhausting and demanding, also demanding of time.
I feel like the only reason for that is, however, that it's avoided so much. I have no doubt about that
but back to this:
it is like one of those more subtle thoughts, that are felt more than seen / heardWhat is an attitude? Look.

that is very very "true".I also am going to point out how fast the reply came… all the thoughts of I can’t find, can’t be seen blah blah…

Resistance to seeing what is.but why would that be sooooo... avoided?
This is all very very simple. Attaching to thoughts like ‘too hard’ ‘takes too long’ and taking all that energy to fire them off in an email is what is exhausting.
Seeking means looking for something to happen in the future, while discovery means noticing what is already happening.
Discover more thought B today then.

For whatever reason that made things very clear. Also the looking at thought BThis is all very very simple. Attaching to thoughts like ‘too hard’ ‘takes too long’ and taking all that energy to fire them off in an email is what is exhausting.

asking: What is here without thought then?
an immediate blackness comes and, of course, I'm typing it out here instead of looking

Re: good place
it feels like there's a mechanism running here, that allows thoughts to not be heard, but stored in "the body" (whatever that is), in hopes of them not "taking effect" that way. (whatever that is).
Doubt for example, or "Thought B" seems very prone to be rejected like that.

it's a little like not employing that mechanism is what "takes effort"it feels like there's a mechanism running here

Re: good place
Look more at this, can you say more about what the direct experience of ‘in the body’ is? What happens in the body?it feels like there's a mechanism running here, that allows thoughts to not be heard, but stored in "the body" (whatever that is), in hopes of them not "taking effect" that way. (whatever that is).
Is it more like you consciously decide not to listen to it, or more like it is already being rejected before you can do anything about it?

It’s like, for example, there feeling of „dread“ is (may be) actually the confirmation thought / b thought.can you say more about what the direct experience of ‘in the body’ is? What happens in the body?
And, uh, that interpretation sort of makes a door fall away. It’s like it’s dropping sensation into nothingness a little.
This one.it is already being rejected before you can do anything about it?
With a BUT.
So, it’s like there’s opinion or attitude on what the content of the thought will be.
And there’s occasionally surprise; even thought a thought distinctly seems like it’s „harmful“ (not a good description), after „letting it express itself as thought“ it’s… it’s just over

Well, it’s just over isn’t the right way to describe that.
But it is the way it is.

Re: good place
it's really interesting to see how this (doesn't) interact with doubt.
Because doubt comes in every thought (well, you know, a lot of thoughts).
The content of thoughts is... surprisingly cruel also.
I feel so breathtakingly grateful to see that. astonishing really. I'm moved. There's being moved here.
If you meet Becc tell her thank you to no end. It's all actually very awe inspiring.

Does doubt come in every thought? Or is it a thought B?
