Ps. If after a shift there is an impulse to do big changes in life, that one would not have wanted to do before the shift, it might be a good idea to give it some time for the shift to settle, and maybe discuss with a few trusted people (you are welcome to write me if you want). Nothing has given me the feeling that you are ungrounded, so this is just expressed in a general spirit of care :)

At the moment the changes aren't sudden or destabilizing, in fact they feel positive and congruent with more self love and care and help me feel more grounded. I will keep you posted.
