I wanna check in if that feels like a match to your preferences and needs?
I can post daily, thank you. Missed opportunity without next instructions.

I request that even when we need to clarify participation and agreements, we include the next steps. Thank you!

From my side this was not a missed opportunity. It was me wanting to clarify if we are on the same page in terms of basic attitude of maintaining agreements, before moving on. And if I feel that the frame of the cooperation needs to be checked, I will not necessarily want to give instructions at the same time.

Certainly, you are entitled to experience it as a missed opportunity - you don't have to agree with me. Quite the opposite I encourage you to stay true to you. As long as we both communicate where we are at, then we can work together as long as it makes sense to both of us, and if that stops at some point, hopefully part with clarity and mutual respect. Sometimes people just disappear from cooperations on this forum, which is a another reason I clarify if there is a sense of mutual commitment and respect around communication from the get go.

If I get you right and you are up for that we communicate needs for change in pace or other significant changes in the cooperation, I'm good and we can move on.

So assuming that is the case, here are the next questions:

1) Tell me if you have expectations for some things to be different then they are now, once you have seen through the belief in separate self.

2) Tell me if you have any fears about this process.

To clarify, you are not comfortable posting next steps alongside of participation agreement check-ins?
1) Tell me if you have expectations for some things to be different then they are now, once you have seen through the belief in separate self.
I don't have expectations for some things to be different from what they are now. Just a thought that arrived that a process could be more efficient, possibly, but not any expectation.
2) Tell me if you have any fears about this process.
I don't have any fears about this process.

There is no one way or another that I will always feel about it. It might be that I want to just clarify something about our communication in a post without going into anything else (mostly though, there is very little of that clarifying needed, beyond maybe a little initial tuning in), it might be that it feels right here to do both in future situations. We should both always follow what feels true and helpful from inside.

Okay. For many people conscious or unconscious expectations and fears are main hindrances to clarity and peace in general, and to seeing clearly that there is no inherent separate self in particular.

Next questions:

1) Do you control thoughts?

2) Do you control feelings?

3) Do you control your will?

4) Do you control attention?

5) Do you control choices.

You don't have to answer all of them today, if it is a lot.

Elad

It was more "distraction" and not having a plan in place. I have that now. We should be good.

I do not control any of these. It might be a lot, if there were any sense of control. I can clearly see that all of these occur and there is no control.

Okay!

1) When was this first clearly seen?

2) When was it clearly seen that there is no doer, no owner of actions, no self behind experience?

When was this first clearly seen?
In terms of clearly seeing that there is no control of thoughts, feelings, will, attention and choices, this has been seen for a while now, with curiosity.
2) When was it clearly seen that there is no doer, no owner of actions, no self behind experience?
This has been seen for a while now. Just because it was seen a while ago, doesn't mean it hasn't always existed. I was under the illusion for a very long time.
3) How does it feel to write about it?
I don't really feel any way about it. Maybe curious and joyful, or easy.

Sounds to me like you might already have realized what LU aims to help realizing. Of course there is no one to own and hold on to this insight.

How would it sound to you I give you the final questions of the LU process and then we see what that might open...? And once we have done that, we can talk about what might be fun or helpful to look at next...

Okay :) Please answer all of the following questions in one message and make sure that you copy each question before the answer so it is easy to connect Q's & A's. This is because we let other guides look at the answers to the final questions too, once we don't have any further follow up questions. Here they are:

1) Is there a separate entity 'self', 'me' 'I', at all, anywhere, in any way, shape or form? Was there ever?

2) Explain in detail what the illusion of separate self is, when it starts and how it works from your own experience. Describe it fully as you see it now.

3) How does it feel to see this? What is the difference from before we started this dialogue or before whenever the "separate self" was seen through?

4) What was the moment(s) where clarity clicked; describe what happened.

5) Describe decision, intention, free will, choice and control (separately).

6) What makes things happen? How does it work?

7) What are you responsible for? Give examples from experience.

8) Anything to add?
