LU is focused guiding for seeing there is no real, inherent 'self' - what do you understand by this?
I understand this, in the way a human being can I guess. It isn’t something you reach with words, or something that is special for one separate self. It is what we all have access to but we might not turn our heads in that direction

What are you looking for at LU?
I am not quite sure what I am looking for at this time. I just feel an urge to talk to someone about this topic since I do not have found a way of doing it yet. Also, I am from Sweden so my grammar might some times be incorrect.

What do you expect from a guided conversation?
I’m not sure what I’m looking for. I’m deeply curious about impermanence, transformation, and the nature of experience. Making art is one way I explore these questions, and I’m interested in whether art can point beyond concepts.

What is your experience in terms of spiritual practices, seeking and inquiry?
It depends how you define it. I have not talked to any ”guru” or I am not a part of a religious or spiritual community. But I do live this in a way. I do have an ego of course, but I experience it as i ”walk beside it”, I am aware of it, even when it creates its emotions or thoughts that sometimes shines through as if that was what I am. But I don’t experience that to be me, but I’m here because I want to look more closely
