LU is focused guiding for seeing there is no real, inherent 'self' - what do you understand by this? There is no individual self - just the flowing of experience

What are you looking for at LU? I am looking for the subtle self to drop away, and for that to remain as the experience here. For there not to be a "James" anymore, just the flowing of experience - sight, sound, taste, touch. Reality. Truth.

What do you expect from a guided conversation? I expect direct pointings to my open and honest questions. I expect to be shown where I may be confused or lost. I hope it will help the subtle self drop away, because it has been this way for some time now.

What is your experience in terms of spiritual practices, seeking and inquiry? I've been on this journey since a glimpse at a vipassana 7 years ago.
