Sorry for not posting in a while. The last few days have been very hectic. Still nothing to report so I thought I’d go over some of those older pointers you gave- mainly the ones about listening to the body as I forgot all about those. I’ll get back to you.

Hi Stacy,
I just went to the meeting. Vince told me that I shouldn’t do the exercises too religiously. He said that awakening will happen by accident and there is nothing I can do to make it happen (like you were saying). He also said that listening to the body is very important- are there any other pointers you can give me for listening to the body or shall I go over the ones from before?
