Hi Stacy. Thank you for sharing this with me. Thats very kind of you. I feel ressonance with Vince.
Since last time I have been participating in a non-dual therapy training, which has been great. Lots of emotions been stuck in the belly area, fascinating. For me it seems like some clarity is here, but the process seems to play out a bit differently for me and I don't understand the language people use. Anyway, seems to be more creativity flowing through now and it feels good.
