Hey Anastacia
How is the movement controlled?
No idea. Like some deep intention somewhere. I see correlation but no causation.
Does a thought control it?
No.
Can a ‘controller’ of any description be located?
I can't find one
How is the decision made to turn the hand over?
I have no idea.
Who or what chose which hand - the left or right hand for the exercise?
It just happened.
Can you find a separate individual or anything that is choosing when to turn the palm up or down?
No

Hey Anastacia

I saw this a little while back now and it was great. Still is. So much less pressure. So much freedom to just be.

If I may, I think I'm pretty solid with the first 3 fetters which is what I think these exercises are pointing to, although I've not really done them before so I can't be sure. I think perhaps my 4th and 5th fetters are potentially gone as well. I've had a few triggering experiences in the last month and there were sensations and thoughts, but no reactivity. In one instance I thought there was reactivity, but that was just the mind casting doubt which passed.

I can sense there might be a dissolving of the 6th fetter happening, perhaps some later ones as time has been brought into question. I'm being pulled into questioning my orientation in the world. When I close my eyes, there's this sense of me and my body being in the centre of everything... but it's just imaginary and I can see that, but it still feels firm.

When I explore, my body disappears. I can't precisely locate sensations and in some cases it's like sensations are happening outside of the body because it feels like its past where my body ends.

I'm very curious and new questions and inquires are popping up daily about this, but it's happening very naturally and thoughts are really not getting in the way too much. I feel as though gravity is now doing it's thing. There's no turning back now if I tried, and there's not really a possibility of trying anyway so it's a bit of a ride.

Is this something you could guide me with?

Hi,

No. We only guide Fetters 1 through 3 here.

Do you want to try the checkpoint questions again?

1) Is there a separate entity 'self', 'me' 'I', at all, anywhere, in any way, shape or form? Was there ever?

2) Explain in detail what the illusion of separate self is, when it starts and how it works from your own experience. Describe it fully as you see it now.

3) How does it feel to see this? What is the difference from before you started this dialogue? Please report from the past few days.

4) What was the last bit that pushed you over, made you look?

5) Describe decision & give examples from experience.

Describe intention & give examples from experience.

Describe free will & give examples from experience.

Describe choice & give examples from experience.

Describe control & give examples from experience.

What makes things happen? How does it work?

What are you responsible for? Give examples from experience.

6) Anything to add?

Loving,
~ Stacy

Yes sure.

I’ll reply tomorrow as it’s late here and will take me a little while to respond properly

🙏
