LU is focused guiding for seeing there is no real, inherent 'self' - what do you understand by this?
When I look at my experience I can’t find myself anywhere. Same for thoughts and feelings. It’s obvious.
Yet there is still a “me”-like feeling in there. How can I go further?

What are you looking for at LU?
To make a breakthrough and finally fully see that there is no self!
I have bee looking at this for years. I see I cannot define myself nor others in any way and things keep changing.
Yet here I am! I am a person that will one say die. How do I connect these two?

What do you expect from a guided conversation?
To guide me with some pointers and hopefully one of them will click and help me see where I am stuck.
I would also love to ask some questions that come to mind: especially the duality of “There is nothing to do” and multiple Paths. If there is nothing to do why are we all even asking these questions?

What is your experience in terms of spiritual practices, seeking and inquiry?
10 Years of occasionally meditating, 1 weekend retreat, 10 years of reading, 3 years of psychotherapy and healing. Nonduality investigation, Rupert Spira, budism investigation for the last year, The Mind Iluminated meditation the for last year.

"self" is a lie Sensation of constriction or heaviness, usually in the solar plexus plus a thought or label calling it "self."
