And should even the above message not be clear enough...seek to write very honestly from your own experience without using words like "GOD", or "vigilance", or "Light"
...the questions that Metta just posted you from another guide are REALLY WONDERFUL questions for you to answer. They are really important questions for you to answer, for yourself.
But and I repeat, do it in your own words, and imagine that your audience speaks really basic simple english. But get your point across in really simple non-course language.
Much love,

Above All Else I Want to See
Re: Above All Else I Want to See
Metta,
Thank you for these questions. Here are my answers.
What is it that makes vigilance or shines the light of awareness on doubt?
Perhaps the word vigilance is misleading because it conotes a certain effort on the part of the vigilant one or vigilante (LOL) , assuming its existence, when no such entity exists. Who is watching and judging whom? Who is shining the light of awareness and who is expeirencing the doubt? No one. Remembering that awareness and doubt are just transient experiences in and of themselves is what I was reaching for with the word vigilance. My experience is that there are still moments when the me program is still running and there is fear and anxiety associated with the illusion. When I become aware of what is happening, there is a natural stepping back from the situation...the energy of the me starts to dissolve in the situation and it feels as if there is more space. A natural deep in breath. Sometimes the energy is so high that even with the awarness, the me notion runs its full course (particular to the situation). As long as there's no judgement, the me dissipates eventually. That awareness is what I was aiming at with the word vigilance.
Even if light is shined, is there ever a separate self? Is there separation?
No, no. When there is light shining, there is light shining, that is all. Not from anyone to anyone, just light.
Can doubts of insecurities ever harm anyone? Is there anyone there to be harmed?
There is no harm, because like self, harm is something of an illusion. "Harm" is an idea based on thoughts and judgements about a particular experience. There is an experience, that's all. Harm can not be done to someone because there is no harm and no someone. Doubts and insecurities are merely doubts and insecurities, transient experiences like hot and cold.
Love, Thuy

Thank you Metta, Thank you Shell...
This all feels a little weird--I don't know what happened. It's like Twilight Zone.
I can't put a finger on what happened when and how and what things were like and how things are now but somehow everything feels different--I was going to say "off" but decided to correct myself because this offness feels off just because it's calmer and more peaceful.
I think the aftercare group is a good idea.
Deepest deepest gratitude to you both.
