LU is focused guiding for seeing there is no real, inherent 'self' - what do you understand by this? The understanding is that there is no inherent self ,I, me which is assumed to control our life , moods, decisions and every aspect of our living life. Whatever is assumed as a self is a illusion
What are you looking for at LU? Helping me to see through the illusion of self clearly in my real experience in a very logical and practical way. Also help me clear the myths associated with spirituality and make me understand how natural it is to live life without the interference of the illusionary self
What do you expect from a guided conversation? To help me see through the illusion of self and explain what I have assumed as my self is nothing but a illusion and also see through the fear of losing it. Im an artist ( actor ) so there is a little fear also associated if I would be able to pursue my career after seeing through the illusion.
What is your experience in terms of spiritual practices, seeking and inquiry? Im not that all religious and don't follow any rituals or practices or any kind of mediation. I just found the No self thing very logical and practical.
On a scale from 1 to 10, how willing are you to question any currently held beliefs about 'self? 10

Great!
So let’s start here. With getting out any and all expectations related to seeing through the illusion of a separate self:
1. What will be different when you realize there's no separate self?
2. What do you expect to happen as a result of this?
3. What do you want not to happen?
4. What are you hoping for?
5. What is missing?
Also:
How do you approach a role? What is currently experienced while acting relative to a sense of self?
Is this an embodied fear or in thoughts or both?
