There is no boundary. Just one whole.

Is there an inside and an outside of Life?

Not really. It seems that way in that thoughts that are not expressed in words are not registered by "others". In DE it is all one though.

Is there something which is not included in the movement of the whole?

No. Everything is included.

Is there a witness that is watching life happening from a distance?

This is a hard nut to crack. It seems there is a witness but at closer inspection this witness cannot be found. What is beyond doubt is the fact that there is witnessing/seeing happening.

Is witnessing part of the one movement too?

Yes.

Is there anything which is not just happening?

No. It is all just happening.

It feels like there is, as it always has, but I just can't find it when I try to locate it. Just the contracted feeling and ideas/thoughts that I used to think was "me".

We want you to be 100% sure that there is no self. Usually there is a honeymoon period where everything seems wonderful until life starts creeping back into your thoughts.

By now you have probably read Gateless Gatecrashers and read examples of other people's shift.

While it is and isn't helpful to compare your experience to others, it can give you a little bit of a guideline of what you're looking for.

I'm curious. What kind of work do you do? Is it something with computers? I ask because you signed one of your posts with a /James.

I have recently started watching some videos with Angelo Dillullo. Both he and Pernille Damore give good guidance discussions in case you're interested. I don't know if they'll be helpful or if they will be a distraction, but it can't hurt to take a look. They both have lots and lots of content online, so just pick something that sounds interesting to you. Ask questions, if you like.

I have been feeling this is all futile lately. I see the absence of self but the what? There is no shift. I guess I just got fed up with it all for a while. Now that I started watching the video I got a little motivated for the inquiry again.
Sometimes I feel like just letting it all go and stop trying so hard.
