Am I beginning to see more clearly? I feel two perspectives kind of coexisting in my experience right now. The old and the new.

I have been quite unfocused and distracted all day. I feel excited about something loosening and at the same time I feel it does not matter what I think really. Thoughts seem to be a dead end street so why bother?
I have no plan and I have no idea how to go on.

I have been caught up in quite intense work for two days. Early this morning when going to work there was a sudden but subtle sense of ease and clarity. It faded when I got to work and that whole thing took over. I noticed it though.
I feel quite present and relaxed despite there being lots of things going on in my life.

That could be it! That could be seeing clearly there's no "self.

It will come & go. Pay attention & relax into it.

The man who did those recordings went into a different business & asked me to keep his name private.

There really is a subtle but real difference in how I perceive lately. I have no idea if "this is it" but something is different.
I do not want to get lost in thoughts about it.

I just did the first meditation from the recording. It feels right.

Yes I am. I feel like I am standing with one foot in the same old world and the other foot in something entirely different. In a way I am beginning to see that the sights, smells, sensations, tastes and sounds I perceive in this moment is all there is. I really can't find the "I". Doesn't seem to matter how long and hard I try to locate it. I can not find it because it's not there. On the other hand, it feels like there is a "me" here somewhere. Very paradoxical.

No I can not say that. Not yet. The sense of there being a "me" somewhere, running the show is quite powerful. Or maybe it's just my belief in it that's powerful. Is it just a thought? It's like my intellect is seeing things but my gut is still resisting.

Yes. It is a Sensation plus a lie, a thought, a made-up story,, a hallucination.

There is nothing powerful about it. When you see that there is no self, it is actually quite flimsy.

Focus on that. That is the truth.
