What sensation appear when that happen?

It doesn't exist, but it creates itself out of the thoughts that reference themselves. Then it remembers it is awareness and lets go but soon the process repeats.

You are creating a separation between the presence of thinking and its absence.
When thought are not present: I am myself and I feel happiness happy
When thought are present: I am NOT myself and I am suffering.

You are making thought a problem. As long as you make thought a problem you are fighting it.
Making them even more real to you.

Are you expecting the phenomena of thought to stop?
