I could see that saying 'the person' was thinking and telling a story but when I say 'me' it's different. 'The person' doesn't seem personal. It's just words. I understand that saying 'me' is the same but understanding is not it. It's not seeing that it's just a word. It's taken as an identity.

I think that I am making this unnecessarily difficult for myself. Meaning that the me is being taken as a real separate thing here and I'm trying to see that it's not. This doesn't work. For the briefest moment, a minute ago, there was a relaxing back into myself and taking in what was there and that felt much better than trying to find out if this assumed me is real or not.

This is very easy and simple, the mind make it extremely complexe and difficult.

Keep relaxing into you being. forget complexity and finding out what is real and what is not.
