On second thought, let's just take a week or two break.
If a sense of self comes back, look at it. Look at what it really consists off. See if any belief in self is still there.
If doubt comes up, "has the belief in self really been seen through or not?" - look at that. What indicates a belief in self? And is there a self or not? If doubt and seeking is there, dig more, inquire more.
You can write me if something important comes up, a big shift, an important question or insight, but otherwise just enjoy the newfound freedom you expressed in the last posts.
Let's see how things are a week or two from now. Okay?

Hi Jess,
It's been a couple of weeks! How are things, how is experience moving? And how is experience looking/feeling now?

Re: Seeker123
Hi! Great to hear from you. Things are moving easily. Nothing really new to update. It feels like a bit of a void at the moment. Not bad or good just like attachments aren’t there and I can observe the difference. Thoughts come and I can observe the difference in that they mostly don’t stick. I recognize when something rubs me and I can let it go in that moment. Feeling a bit of separation from the world and yet it doesn’t feel like a loss rather a recognition and reminder that I have chosen something else. I am able to see how almost everyone in interact with offers me a reflection in some way and I’m getting better at just immersing myself in that experience in a compassionate way. Other than that I can’t say I’ve had any significant shifts since we’ve last communicated.

Great stuff!
What can choose something else?
Is there a self to be separate and choose?

Re: Seeker123
I understand the questions intellectually I’m just not experiencing this directly. I just feel separate/separated. I feel like I just accept this and yet I don’t know what I’m missing.

I guess I don’t really understand anything I think I’m just giving up trying to understand. And that is the acceptance. 🙏🏻
Re: Seeker123
If you were to never realize a deeper understanding or insight than what is there now, how would that feel for you?

Could what you think of and call "I" ever be what is awake and real?

Re: Seeker123
I’m really not sure. I know that other people have deeper understanding so that feels a bit like unfinished business. As if there’s more to know and yet it feels like if I pay closer attention then I’ll know 🤷🏼♀️If you were to never realize a deeper understanding or insight than what is there now, how would that feel for you?

I is just a concept created. I guess not those are concepts too.Could what you think of and call "I" ever be what is awake and real?

Gonna check now if other guides have questions they think might be helpful.

Re: Seeker123
Hi Jess, a couple of guides had questions for you to investigate:
Guide 1:
What is doing the inquiry and what will cross the gate when all "unfinished business" is seen through? What controls attention as in "paying closer attention" to stuff?
Guide 2:
What keeps you from simply saying you don't know, and have no idea how anything works?
