I am looking for a new guide who can help me to a shift of consciousness.

LU is focused on guiding for seeing there is no real, inherent 'self' - what do you understand by this?
I understand it as there being no subject inside of us that thinks, plans, and performs actions. But rather that the mind has created an illusion of this, which consists of thoughts and ideas.

What are you looking for at LU?
I am looking for help from someone who has walked this path before me, to experience this shift in consciousness.

What do you expect from a guided conversation?
I expect to receive some guidance and support along the way.

What is your experience in terms of spiritual practices, seeking, and inquiry?
I have always been a seeker. I have engaged in therapy, meditation, and mindfulness for many years. Recently, I have felt a strong urge for liberation and have been focusing on Angelo DiLullo’s work. I can be guided in English, German, and Scandinavian languages. I am Norwegian.


On a scale from 1 to 10, how willing are you to question any currently held beliefs about 'self? 10
