LU is focused guiding for seeing there is no real, inherent 'self' - what do you understand by this?
The self is also only a thought, like all the others. Only the identification with this thought will keep the self in position.

What are you looking for at LU?
I was here once last year, but at some point I gave up. Because the illusion or the identification with which I didn't want to fall. I had no energy left. I want to try again. once you have seen the truth. You can't go back.

What do you expect from a guided conversation?
I hope that this time I will be able to get through the gateless gate with the guide. Last time I stood in front of it but couldn't walk through it. I guess I need a little help and support to see thru the illusion

What is your experience in terms of spiritual practices, seeking and inquiry?
I read here in the forum, but also Buddhist texts or texts by others like Allan Watts or Eckhart Tolle. My spiritual search began many years ago.

On a scale from 1 to 10, how willing are you to question any currently held beliefs about 'self?

I’m is just a thought, a very powerful indeed. Therefore we think that we exist, but at the end existence simply happens without any „me“. Sometimes you can observe that for split of a second.

It is look like, - now you are living as persona, you exist.
And there is nothing to understand right?

What we are looking is also nothing to understand :)
You don't try to understand that you are persona, now there is no need to understand that there is no persona.

You no need to understand that you exist right?
Now in the same way notice that there is no need to understand that you doesn't exist, there is only what is?

There is no real body, only colours, sounds, sensations...no need to understand, right?

My Ego is so strong and want to control everything… so how can leave this trap of my ego? Just try to observe?

Check with eyes closed - what can be found? Where thoughts are coming from? Look at Direct Experience (DE)?

Knowing is in the mind and not in perception. Perception just takes what it is and then the mind comes with the classification and evaluation. then we think we know what situation we are in right now.

The knowledge (explicit and implicit) is based on our influences and our experiences. Depending on what you have experienced and how you have been socialized. Affects what we think we experience.

Wow, I have no clou. I’m not sure that I understood your question right. I don’t see a difference between thoughts and imagination. Both have the same source .. the mind.. Honestly to nobody, the thoughts talking to thoughts because there is nobody to talking to. No me, no I no Imaginator…. Everytime when I try to find one the head is empty..

Every time I try to find Marc, the me, the one who thinks, in my head or body, the flow of thoughts stops for a brief moment and there is silence. But only for a short moment. Then the thoughts come back and everything is as usual. But this emptiness shows me, there is no I. Otherwise I should find an I somewhere.
