Just This
Re: Just This
Hi Annemarie, again. Given the highly charged emotions and challanging thoughts you shared last message, I am a little concerned I haven't heard from you yet. This process can evoke strong feelings and that is fine, can be a positive and natural part of the process to work through. It's just important to stay in touch daily as in our agreement, so we can attune the work to what is coming up and going on.
With love,
Elad

Re: Just This
Hi Elad,
Something interesting came up last night, it feels something like a massive pit bull sitting within on a guard all the time, ready to destroy anyone or anything in any given moment who is perceived as “against me”, it is protecting something very vulnerable, something as unprotected as baby, but that all for the moment, it would not let to see it even for “myself” what has been protected.

Good to hear. There is a process going on of allowing emotional content to be seen, in its own rhythm and way.Hi Elad,

Did you engage the sentence again? Or do you feel something else is more called for or helpful right now? If yes, what?

Elad

Re: Just This
Powerlessness, sadness, hate and rage, and just feels like tightness in the chest.
Also a lot of criticism and judgement noticed recently about other people and then guilt follows that.

Re: Just This
Sorry but I don' really understand what you mean by this *Did you engage the sentence again? Or do you feel something else is more called for or helpful right now? If yes, what?*
Re: Just This
I see, if you don't understand a question or instruction, please always ask.Hi Annemarie, so what has been seen since last exchange?Thank you, will do.
I'm referring to this instruction from earlier.message:
*When it feels intuitively right read the sentence again "there is no self ... etc) and again attend to and allow experience to be as it is.*

Let's start. What reactions come up in reading this sentence: "there is no separate self/controller/thinker, never was, never will be". Just write whatever comes up, don't censor and select.

Ok.
"There is no separate self/chooser/controller and there never was".
1) Is it true?
2) is it clear?.
3) If not, what is not clear?

Re: Just This
1) yes it is true
2) it is clear,
3) even so at times it feels like there is one, but it is more like old habit, like old programme

Sounds like you might have crossed the gate all ready..1) yes it is true
2) it is clear,
3) even so at times it feels like there is one, but it is more like old habit, like old programme
1) It is normal it can feel as if there is someone some or the time. Can you see that no one controls that either?
Just a movement of thought...
2) Can you control thoughts, like what thought comes next and when it goes away?
3) Can thoughts think or do anything?

Re: Just This
1) yes, this feeling is just here, sometimes more present, sometimes feels very transparent, like had to hold yourself in one piece kind of, but no one can influence it, it is just happening itself.
2) wish it was possible, would be nice to have that on/off switch. If sit and observe next thought to come, it is completely impossible to predict, however still that old belief want to reinforce itself, like " I have an option to decide and control"
3) thought can not think, thoughts are just thinking process, like a flow, and thoughts can't really do anything, however thoughts are causing reactions in the body
