Let's start. What reactions come up in reading this sentence: "there is no separate self/controller/thinker, never was, never will be". Just write whatever comes up, don't censor and select.

Sounds like you might have crossed the gate all ready..

1) It is normal it can feel as if there is someone some or the time. Can you see that no one controls that either?

1) yes, this feeling is just here, sometimes more present, sometimes feels very transparent, like had to hold yourself in one piece kind of, but no one can influence it, it is just happening itself.

2) wish it was possible, would be nice to have that on/off switch. If sit and observe next thought to come, it is completely impossible to predict, however still that old belief want to reinforce itself, like " I have an option to decide and control"

3) thought can not think, thoughts are just thinking process, like a flow, and thoughts can't really do anything, however thoughts are causing reactions in the body
