LU is focused guiding for seeing there is no real, inherent 'self' - what do you understand by this? Seeing through the belief, that there is some real entity what we refer to, when saying "me", which is just a thought, same as any other thoughts, however if not clearly seen through, this belief/thought has something like stickiness, it feels like some kind of centeredness, and it feel like very real thing.

What are you looking for at LU? Would like to see deeper into what actually is, to clearly see what is real and what is not. Would like to have support in the group with likeminded people, and help when feels like stock with something, or working though doubts.

What do you expect from a guided conversation? Would like to be assisted and helped with guided directly where seeing has to be pointed to within, to identify what else has not been seen thoroughly completely, to work through some limiting beliefs.

What is your experience in terms of spiritual practices, seeking and inquiry? Currently reading book "Liberated unleased", and read "Gateless gatecrashers".
There have been some insights, however feels like something still not completed.
