Well there is no "i". When looking for "i" it is not seen anywhere. So if there is no "i" how can thought be present?
Thought cannot be found in the present moment. I would say No.If there is no one here, who would be looking? thoughts disappear and appear. Where is it going too? the exact space? I would have to say, there is no place. When looking, thought, is identity, identity is thought, claiming to be. When looking, what do i find? Just this! Beingness...Its beautiful, silence, calm, quietness...There are just no words

I have a question. Being that i recognise, no self, there seems to be automatic behaviors, that happen alot. I feel frustrated when doing the day, thoughts come up and I find myself talking out loud to what it is saying and answering back.That feels uncomfortable. When that happens, it is catched, realizing that

yea, this is common. Old patterns, trauma and conditions still operates...but in a way it becomes easier to look at those the moment when they are arrising.I have a question. Being that i recognise, no self, there seems to be automatic behaviors, that happen alot. Where is the impulse to get up and and come from? There is an automatic reaction that this body does, to get up and do what it needs to do. I do not know where the impulse is coming from, I sense No where

I just want to say that it feels like it not enough to see there is no "I " here, doubt arises, confusion. Sometimes thought says, ok, now what? ok, ok, you see there is no one here but you are still repeating behaviors, and then shame follows, Look, nothing has changed. There still desire to do the things you thought would drop..it feels like it is not enough in looking, there has to be more. More of, i am not sure..Deepening is what is coming up right now

This is the main belief so to speak on the top of which many others are builded. The seeing of those believes is ongoing process with no end probably :-)
The forum is focused in this first seeing and if this is experientially clear for you - we can move further to look at
repetitive behaviours, patterns and old protective mechanisms.
Is it clear that there is NO chooser, controller or decider ?
That there is just experience happening without a central experiencer?

Well, seeing the trough the false idea of a separate self is a first, yet very crucial step.I just want to say that it feels like it not enough to see there is no "I " here, doubt arises, confusion. Sometimes thought says, ok, now what? ok, ok, you see there is no one here but you are still repeating behaviors, and then shame follows, Look, nothing has changed. Yes, it is very clear, that there is no chooser, controller or decider...I see this and yet in talking to others, "I" statements still come up and sometimes, there is still talk about this body deciding and choosing, when deep down inside, i am not not believing that...Yes, when i look it is chrystal clear that there is controller and decider....
