Is there any clear dividing line between them? Or only the Sensation with no clear division?
There is only the sensation. The dividing line is/has always been assumed...🤯. The mind tries to define a border which we take to be factual when in truth it's imaginary.

Good.

Remember, this isn't about right answers. It's about how it FEELS to SEE.

Sink into it.

Post how it FEELS.

Simply the sensation of pressure. Pressure in the general area the contact appears to occur.
But even that doesn't seem 100% true. There is pressure but where the sensation of pressure truly is...there's difficulty it placing it. I'm definitely aware of the sensation though.

Good.

Can you find any separate "self" anywhere? Has there ever been?

If not, how does it FEEL to SEE this?

~ Stacy

Can you find any separate "self" anywhere? Has there ever been?
No. I can't find any separate "self". Only a "knowing".
If not, how does it FEEL to SEE this?
It doesn't feel any way. There are sensations that are felt. Smells that are smelled. Tastes that are tasted. Sounds heard. Sights seen. But I can't describe how it feels to not find a "self". I'd only be describing thoughts about the idea of not finding a "self"

Okay, if you're saying you've seen no self, would you like to attempt our traditional "final" questions?

I had to sit with this question a bit. I spent so long searching for truth. Seeking, hoping, praying....and it was always here. This "being", this "no self" though always present, aware and alive, still seems to come and go. "I" keep stopping and going to what "always is". Looking without allowing thoughts to stick to the screen of what is seen. There is the back and forth but it will resolve itself. The mud will settle so to speak.
Yes. I would like to attempt the final questions.

Very good. If nothing else, this can tell us what remains to be seen.

1) Is there a separate entity 'self', 'me' 'I', at all, anywhere, in any way, shape or form? Was there ever?

2) Explain in detail what the illusion of separate self is, when it starts and how it works from your own experience. Describe it fully as you see it now.

3) How does it feel to see this? What is the difference from before you started this dialogue? Please report from the past few days.

4) What was the last bit that pushed you over, made you look?

5) Describe decision & give examples from experience.

Describe intention & give examples from experience.

Describe free will & give examples from experience.

Describe choice & give examples from experience.

Describe control & give examples from experience.

What makes things happen? How does it work?

What are you responsible for? Give examples from experience.

6) Anything to add?

Loving,
~ Stacy

Ok. I know that I usually post daily or every other day but if you don't mind I really want to sit with this and look deep before I post my answers. It may take a couple of days because I really want to see everything as clear as possible before responding.

Sorry it's taken me a little longer to respond. Life became pretty hectic this week. I will post answers to the questions this weekend.

With heartfelt appreciation
