ah yes, it feels like taking a while for things to settle in will be good. It's wonderful that you and others are offering this guiding so freely and generously. If I feel it's something I could offer in the future I'll let you know for sure. Nice to have thoughts of Boulder, Colorado coming up because of our dialogue - I've been practising Reggie Ray's Awakening Body meditations for a while so now it has even more positive connections!
